Useful For

LH is a glycoprotein hormone secreted from the anterior pituitary under the control of Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which is secreted from the hypothalmus. GnRH controls the secretion of LH and FSH from the anterior pituitary. LH is essential for reproduction in males and females. In males LH is also called interstitial cell stimulating hormone.
