Baseline Cortisol, 30 minute Cortisol and 60 minute Cortisol
Useful For
This timed test is offered for the Dexamethasone Suppression Test, the Cortosyn Stimulation Test and the ACTH Stimulation Test. A baseline cortisol is collected. The appropriate medication is administered to the patient and cortisol levels are collected at 30 minutes and 60 minutes after the administration of the medication.
