Lyme IgG: Negative
Lyme IgM: Negative
Absence of detectable Borrelia burgdorferi antibodies.
Testing Algorithm
If Lyme IgG and / or IgM are Positive or Equivocal, specimen will be referred to Mayo Clinical Laboratories for Lyme Disease Ab Immunoblot testing.
Reflex Tests
Lyme Disease Ab, Immunoblot.
Methodology
Two step enzyme immunoassay (ELFA) with a final fluorescent detection.
