Useful For
Elevated CKMB levels are associated with myocardial cell damage due to Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI). CKMB levels can be detected as result of MI injury within 3 to 8 hours following the onset of chest pain with the peak levels at 12 to 24 hours.
